The 2019 edition of the Rugby Africa Regional Sevens tournament was held in Lesotho on the 31st August and 1st September, 2019

Lesotho Rugby Union played host to Mozambique and Eswatini Rugby Unions for the second edition of Rugby Africa (http://www.RugbyAfrique.com/) Sevens, Southern Region.
